I had a dream about being in a studio explaining the concept of Ren & Stimpy to a young Bruce Springsteen.

I want whatever you smoked.

I've been remembering so many of my dreams, lately. I think I need to start keeping a dream journal... Often I'll explain it to someone, which still helps me to remember, but I think I need to start writing them all down.

One recent one...

In a tight embrace, she said, "Be careful."

"Why?" I asked.

"Because you're falling for me, again."

"I will," I lied.

I had a few, last night, that ranged from cleaning up the airport (my job) to climbing around on airplanes, to adventures around Regina, trying to shoot off fireworks in buildings; to adventures around Vancouver (with the girl from the above dream) and trying to make the ferry from Vancouver to the mainland (Vancouver's on the mainland....).

I"m constantly having dreams about being triple sat at work, or not realizing I'm sat at a big table or something like that.

Shit, I keep having dreams about work, too. But it's always part of something bigger. Like climbing around on airplanes. And planes that sound like dubstep.

"How can I dream tonight? when I can't sleep at night?"

seriously, it's like super hot (for me, probably not for most of you) tonight, and I can't fucking sleep, and I have to be up in less than 4 hours for work.

Shit, dude. I've been sleeping through the day, since I work at nights, so until I moved into the basement, I was getting so little sleep, too.

I'm so used to bundling up to cold winter nights, this summer business doesn't fit well with me.

I read that Alberta's getting some rank heat waves, too. Power outages and whatnot.

Also: I need to stop fucking dreaming about work.

I've had these drowning dreams every since i could remember. I'd be in some kind of body of water, and I would get really close to drowning. But I would always manage to get back to the surface. And it felt like I was out of breath every time I woke up. Its some scary shit sometimes.

Shit, I never really have recurring dreams, just recurring themes in my dreams. In the past month, it's been work. The past several years, it's been zombies. Last year, before I went to BC, it was escaping establishments. I understand the escaping establishments ones, but aside from the fact that they're awesome, why zombies!?

Also: I've heard people claim that DMT is what's released in our brains that causes us to dream, and therefore that by smoking DMT, you're basically having a waking dream. Has anybody tried it? It was a very interesting experience for me, and I can totally see how it would be what makes us dream.

Had a dream about Rise Against covering Bob Marley's Could You Be Loved and it sounded great.

Ordering a bean burrito, and when they just decided I wanted black beans, I demanded that they also give me refried beans.

So, I was at this bar when suddenly Betty White walked up to me and said: "Hey gorgeous, where have you been all my life?!" And I replied: "For most of your life I wasn't living yet." and then woke up laughing at a comment I made in a dream I had.

I was riding my bicycle around the countryside and somehow got lost. I saw a village in the distance and decided to go there. I arrived in a busy shopping street when suddenly some guy comes up to me and greets me, only to attempt to pick my pocket. I notice him trying to steal something, grabbed his arm and twisted it. I waved at two police officers who were just walking a bit further on and they came and arrested the guy. I also had to go to the police station for a statement. Oddly enough, I was sat in a chair right next to the thief and I overheard that he stole from people to feed his baby goat!

I have water dreams or dreams of people being shot at least once a week, for months or years.

I had a dream where I was carrying a preserved body of a cave man child. It looked just like a real human. I brought it home. It turns out that it these preserved bodies come back to life, and they are just like regular children.

It turned out that these bodies were preserved and put transported to the past by some government/corporation to conduct tests. They did this 300 years in the future.

It felt like I was in a sci fi novel. I should write one.

Ooph.. The other night, I dragged a few friends out to the beach for the last nice day of summer, and took a shoddy raft out to this island in the bay, with this giant, koopa-shaped sand castle in the center. We climbed around in the castle, and then when we tried to swim back, massive waves kept pushing us to the island. When we realized our efforts to swim back to shore were futile, we decided to try surfing on the waves, using those little inflatable bed things you use in pools. To no success.

Was Matthew Fox there?

Far as I'm aware, that's a negatory.
