Something I just heard..

I had never heard it before, I'm probably the only one but it made me laugh. In we Laugh at Danger when Tom goes on and on and on and on, then really quietly it goes on and on and on. Why had I never heard this before?!

I guess I need to start listening to my music louder.

haha, so the song ...when Tom sings AND ON AND ON AND ON like 500 times, then it goes quiet before the chorus kicks in again and there's someone going on and on still.

during the last chorus of "cliche guevara" you can faintly hear tom singing "you gotta hang on hang on hang on". i didn't know this until very recently. i know how you feel!

try listening to all your favorite albums with really good headphones on... you'll catch sooooo much stuff you never noticed before

hahah, yea right. Not in my price range ..ever. I have noise canceling headphones but they were only about $50. They're alright, but they're pretty big.

my wife used to work as the consumer electronics marketing person at office depot's technology division... a shure rep gave her a $400 pair of earbuds, which she passed on to me... soooooo damn good.

why the hell were they 400$, i couldnt even imagine the features headphones would have to have to have me pay 400$

I'd never pay more than $20 for in-ear phones. Right now I have a pair of over-ear headphones that retailed new for like $180, though I got them a good bit cheaper from a relative. The sound quality is amazing. You don't realize how shitty iPod headphones are until you use something really nice. (Well, you often do find out how shitty they are, but still)

Speaking of good speakers, I just bought some great ones for my computer to replace my shitty cardboard speakers that sounded like those old timey wax cylinders. I'm really enjoying "New Wave" now that I can actually hear the lows and highs. I'm also not enjoying some of the lower quality YouTube rips of songs, because I can really hear the shit. Ah well. I think that they're called Creative GigaWorks T20 2.0. They were on sale for 40$.

It's pretty cool all the little shit you hear after a while. Some other sublte stuff is in T.S.R. right before he says "And the walls contain the resonation" you can hear him faintly saying "and the walls contain..." Also in Justin when their talkin to the news reporter you can hear someone in the background say "Cut to commercial break" as the guys rapping up his interview.

I know that's a lot of money, but I have yet to find anything that can compare to the superior audio quality. Whenever I put someone else's headphones on, or even listen to speakers, it is unmatched.
