spotify playing issues

has anyone had issues where their spotify didn't play offline in the car or where ever? (works fine in WIFI area) the songs are dull looking and wont play. I emailed them a month ago and the guy helping me just stopped responding for whatever reason. Trying again now. Wondering if anyone had similar problems

and yes, this is with premium subscription.

Little late to the party - but yes. It started somewhat recently with me. I thought it was a network issue with me but apparently not. My offline playlists also magically disappeared.

Have you found a reason or solution since?
