I'm surprised Kyle hasn't mentioned that they're gonna be on The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien. You have failed me, Kyle.

I think they did that on SNL too, but they played like Blood, Sex and Booze or something.

I'm too busy watching Conan to care about reminding everyone.
You should all just know.

I found their performance enjoyable. I'm not totally sick of Know Your Enemy yet either, which is good, because I've heard it so many times. Quite catchy.
and, I wish Billy gave me a guitar.

the best was when they were playing the Grammys or VMAs in 1994 and they played Armatage Shanks way before Insomniac was even released.

I was sick of "Know Your Enemy" before the album came out, which is why I'm scared to listen to it.

Feeling pretty nostalgic right now. American Idiot was so awesome when it came out. I was in grade 7. Also, Hot Fuss by the Killers came out that year. I think in grade 7 I started my love for music.

Goddamn I feel old as shit. I was 19 or 20 when AI came out. Green Day makes me realize how amazing the internet is, haha. I had taped their Jaded In Chicago MTV special when I was in 6th grade and played the shit out of that tape. Seriously, It got all warbled and unwatchable within a year. Then a couple years ago I find the whole thing on Youtube in way better quality than my VHS had. I also found their Live at the 10 Spot from when I was in 8th grade.. So much nostalgia. AND I found another show I went to here in San Jose way back in '97. Never thought I'd get to see that again. God bless the internet

I've been listening to old Green Day lately (as those of you who follow me on Twitter found out first!). Just had Nimrod on. Good stuff.

Has anyone heard about the three new GD albums. I'm absolutely stoked. However, I'm quite underwhelmed by the first single. It's just boring, and the lyrics are maybe the laziest that Billie has ever been. I saw them at a secret show in Austin last year, and all of the new stuff really excited me...except for this song, so I still have faith in the new material. Just wondering what everyone else thought about the new single...

When they first announced that they're going to realease three new Album's I thought it was a stupid idea and that they'd only do it because idk why.... but for no good reason.
But after hearing some of the new songs on GDA I'm really excited for Uno! They're playing here at the end of August, wohoooooo
