I'm not so sure that it's "All the young grace feel". I think he's saying "Oh, the ungraceful. Don't the best all burn out so bright and so fast?". Makes more sense in my opinion.

I think you're right actually. Listening to these lyrics, I'm wondering if this is directed at the punks or at Sire & co..seems like it could go either way.
