Can someone who´s got a login at AMPMagazine please ask how the hell they could exclude Hot Shots (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nj9XmD6hPIQ) from White Crosses and if it´s recorded and might be released as a b-side on some upcoming single?

i asked them which is better. Bill and Ted Excellent Adventure or Bill and Ted Bogus journey.

thats what George told me personally about FL sunset and its being released. there's hope.

Actually he said they weren't official released B-sides.

Those are "recorded" at the same time as the album. He said they never made it passed demo.

These songs about to be released were recorded during the Gainesville "Acoustic" sessions.

Official B-sides, he said 5-6.

Tom said there were two more b-sides to be released on top of the bonus tracks. Hot Shots is ruled out, Strip Mall Parking Lots is effectively ruled out as it would be a waste of sorts to release that in electric (and it's never been played full band electric), David Johansen's Soul was recorded during the acoustic sessions, we've seen Don't Surrender Your Soul being played acoustically and electric. and Shake we've heard nothing of except those 15 seconds or so.

I call Don't Surrender Your Soul and Andrew's Sexy Shake as the two left. As long as DJ's Soul, Shake, and Don't Surrender Your Soul come out somehow, and we know DJ's Soul will, I will be happy

Well I called David Johansen's Soul and Sexy Shake as the songs be cause we hear a backing track when they are doing group vocals of it already recorded, sounds very Sire studio.

Why do you call Shake?

There is very studio sounding shake in that video.


Mostly because they don't seem to record acoustic based band songs much anymore, but hey my guess is as random as anyone elses.

I am just pretty sure of David Johansen's Soul as the other B-side.

There is a video of the acoustic sessions where you hear a studio DJS playing in the background.

I swear DJS was just getting acoustic vocals on that deleted acoustic sessions video. And if you mean about Shake in the Kyte player (I dunno if it was anywhere else, was it?) then isn't that a 2-year-old demo?

wasnt strip mall parking lots played eletric at the gainesville house show? when they were 'gift certificate'

Yeah and it's played really fast, the bass line is so quick
