Questions for the band

I wanted to make a thread here just in case some of you don't read the news section (you should!).

Has "do you prefer a van or tour bus?" been asked?

I've never seen it asked, it's a good question though. I'd assume a bus, but I'm sure a van had some fun times.

Shoot, I really want to ask Tom if Butch Vig had any additional motivation to keep "The Animal" on New Wave because it seems like the band does not care for the song as they never play it in their live sets at all. Just an assumption but would like to know if it was a band decision to keep that song on the album or the producer.

Here is a question I want to know:

"From lyrics such as "Praying to a God I dont even believe in.." to aquiring a tattoo of the virgin Mary and wearing a gold crucifx several years later, what was your religious stance and has it changed? If so, what is it now?"

Someone (I think Jordan) asks him about the crucifix in the commentary on the DVD but I don't think Tom really responds.

yep.. it is undoubtedly a more personal question and it strays away from being a band / music related question, which is why i like it..

i still havent heard from the editor for AMP, so im not sure if my interview with him is still happening or not.

i totally forgot about that. why don't you just email him the list of questions you got together?

ive actually seen them play animal live once in the past like 10 times ive seen them...i liked it tho...i thought it sounded good live

I heard it live too and I quite liked it.

I've never seen it live, but I don't really care too.

I've always wondered what Tom's stance on religion is now, because reading through the lyrics in songs from '98 - '02 it just doesn't seem possible. Maybe that was just questioning the existance of a god?
