| Kinda off topic but I just saw "The Wind That Shakes the Barley" great movie. I kinda fell in love with the 1920's IRA after seeing that movie. | |

| I never seen the movie. I just hate it when Americans or anyone for that matter think anyone under some sort of IRA banner is justified. I think Provo's have killed as many civillians as they had british troops. Kind of fucked up to me. Like that bomb recently didn't kill any police officers, don't think it even did much damage to the actual police station, but it did destroy a bunch of shops and businesses across the street so theres currently a few dozen working class people without jobs, and now the whole city is shitting bricks. The IRA are assholes if not mentally retarded.
edit- not saying you are one of those people, i just went on a ramble there. | |

| Anyone ever see the movie "In the Name of the Father" with Daniel Day-Lewis? I'm pretty sure it deals with this conflict, and I'd like to see it. | |
