the political prisoner post was absolutely hilarious. although this passage hit a little too close to home for me:

oh crap #22 "having two last names" is so true. I'm constantly having to defend myself against people who don't understand why I have two last names since my standard response of 'my parents are insane' isn't good enough for most people.

God, it's so true. I took Spanish for two years, went to a high school that was made up of 90% Mexican kids, and I still only know enough Espanol to get through the Taco Bell drive-thru. Sad

I think I may be the god among white people according to this list...

I have 7 black friends (#14 Having Black Friends) that I can think of off the top of my head, and 3... count em 3!!!, of them are gay! (#88 Having Gay Friends), 2 are Bi.

And so what if most of em are mixed race, it still totally counts.

I think probably every friend I've ever had, with the exception of two people, have been gay or bisexual. I'm like a magnet!

Eric Blair does the best Minor Threat impression. IM SEEING RED, IM SEEING RED. I only remember his name because he has a super weird voice and goes ITS THE BLAIRING OUT SHOW. But he interviewed Mark from the Unseen and was yelling IM SEEING RED!!! and it was hilarious. I'll see if I can find the video.
