Need Advice (Vivida Vis ripoff?)

So I emailed that seller with the Vivida Vis Tape up on ebay..
He emailed me back saying he has has an extra copy, and gave me a story about how he saw them in NY and got them etc..
After about 10 or so emails, I ended up sending him $250 bucks paypal. He said he;ll ship it out on FRIDAY, then emailed me again and said he couldnt make it to the post office and he'll ship it out today. So this morning I got an email from another member on here saying that the seller told him as well that he has an extra copy and that he will sell it to him for 250USD as well. But if you add everything up, it doenst make sense. I googled his name, and actually found him on 3 websites that states he is a ripoff and a bad trader.. so fuck, what am I suppose to do now? File a claim with paypal ?

Give him an ultimatum of posting a picture of himself, his username and the tape by tonight and if he doesn't then File it right now dude.

I think im just gonna file it right now.. pretty pissed off.. i just got his info from paypal..

"In light of the auction going for so much I decided to talk to another friend of mine who was also at the gig, he sitll has his copy as well and is trying to get me to sell it for him.

Ask for stone cold proof, as in pictures and dates etc.

But PayPal will cancel it for you, you should be alright. Just don't bid out of auctions

How can paypal cancel it for me if I already sent him the payment? It wasnt through ebay or anything, he just sent me an invoice
