Wow, I really wish I could buy this, the release of Crime on Plan-it-x was so neat, I see no legit reason Against Me! would pull that release from Plan-it-x.

AM! didnt pull it because they were embarassed.. Tom claimed they wanted to start releasing it on Sabot instead of PIX, and asked Chris to stop pressing it. Tom was confronted several times by people on why he pulled it...and on one response he said "its more DIY to release it on your own label, right?". The pull of the release was pretty fucked up in my opinion because PIX was the label that initially got AM! out there.. Anyways, I found it funny that the pulled it a little after they found out that they were signing to sire.. to me, it seems like they only pulled it to make more money. With sabot releasing it, all the crime sales would all go to jordan and them, instead of giving a partial amount to pix.

I read also that they pulled it because they thought PIX was selling it for too much, even thought they sell it for 50 cents less on Sabot.

I know when I met the band (see other thread) I was introduced to a "Jordan who runs Sabot" and it was certainly not the guitarist of the band.

i figured as much since it's a stencil from crime and they didn't do shirts till axl. any idea where that lyric sheet comes from?

haha dont worry about it. i just finished my biggest exam like 2 weeks ago and since, my motivation in school has dropped considerably. my average has dropped like 5 - 10 points. i got so worked up about the AP exam, and i was so glad when it was over. a little too glad.
