Need Help Finding an Album

So I had this album a while back but my IPod crashed and I never remembered to put it on. I was hoping someone could remember the name of the band and album. I think I found it on one of Punknews end of the year "Best of" lists. The first track was called Indian Summer and started with a voiceover about nuclear testing. That's really all I have. I rally hope I can find it again

EDIT: Weirdness. I searched for it on last.fm and found it!
