Recently acquired Against Me audio vinyl?

I think the most recent AM! vinyl I got was the New Wave 7" (black) at Warped Tour this past summer. Pretty sweet.

RAR purple is in the mail as well as my copy of Disco.

Excited for both, but my next record player was accidentally sent to my home address (instead of my college one), so I have to wait even longer to play my vinyl. Ugh. Worth it though!

he got it in JAPAN when he was stationed out there.

just curious, it showed the winner of the 18/50 as jellowasright, so i got confused.

yeah what happened was that i emailed the seller previously, and he said he will take it down and sell it to me, but he tried doing it within the 24 hours of the auction ending so it wouldnt let him. and then the winner never payed for it, so he messaged me saying i can buy it.

though the fucked up thing is..

i still havent gotten it ! i got an email last tuesday from his WIFE saying that he died in a car accident and that is why it has not been sent out yet. though i still have not heard from him nor his wife and i already escalated a paypal claim... though if the money is not in his paypal account when i win the claim, im out 200 bucks.

That's really weird, DIED in a car accident? Did his wife e-mail you on her own, or was she replying to something? That just strikes me as odd, but I'm a paranoid person so I assume everyone is lying.

yea huge red flag. that's a pretty twisted thing if it's a lie. and if it's not, then weird situation.

yeah seriously.. im fucking pissed about it. i have all the emails to prove it too!
my claim with paypal ends in about a week, and his wife told me she has no access to his paypal account so hopefully my money is still there..

i just really dont know what to do at this point besides emailing the hell out of him.

this is roberts wife i dont know if you are aware but he just passed away i have your album all ready to ship and i will ship it once you remove/cancel the paypal dispute only because i dont want to ship this record out and then lose the money and be out everything so please take care of that asap and i could send it tomorrow saturday 11/08/08 and get it there hopefully by monday. get back to me asap
