I think Disco Before The Breakdown is quietly on the same level

i dont know about that, Disco and 35% are two of there best songs, but every song on RAR could be there best therefore RAR is still on another level

the acoustic EP is my fav work from AM! i think its the funnest to sing along too. Although i like Jordans 1st choice way more on RAR

ATEC you bastards! Also, the disco before the breakdown is flawless. My only qualm with cowboy is the choice of sink florida sink acoustic over the electric version. So much energy on that album and had they put the electric version of the song on there, i would rate is flawless as well.

yes, RAR has flaws. RAR could of been the best AM! album if they would of had a full version of disco (they already were playing the song before RAR came out...) put on the album instead of Jamican Me Crazy or Scream Until Your Coughing up blood, and if they would of re done What We Worked For and We did it all for Don instead of jordans first choice and i still love you juliee.

as a whole, alot of people escape the point that RAR is actualy a complitian album with 5 new songs (four if you dont count 8full hours since they already recorded it for the acoustic ep).

ATEC is great, i think near the same level as RAR but not quite there.
SFAFC...well it has joy, thats a plus.
New Wave is actualy the closest to reinventing axl rose imo. the 15 new wave songs are near the 11 rar songs to me at least. if you take out americans abroad, piss, and animal. new wave i think could be just as good, if not better then rar. (flame shield engadged)

also am's best effort so far is the disco EP, all three songs are amazing. but hopefully toms new ep will be the best ep by against me (tom)!

RAR is my favorite, i didnt take it out of my cd player for so long untill i was asked to change Cd's.
i like everything else equally, but RAR is just above everything else for me.

i once read in an interview, that they compiled RAR really fast and did a "sloppy" job on it. there was a point where thy needed more songs for the album, so they just threw in ones they could find.

Andrew told us the same thing about EC when we saw them last year...they rushed through the album in days, and thought they had done it too fast, he said. I can really feel that speed in most of the songs, minus sink florida sink and cavalier eternal.

they both sound great for being rushed

RAR was recorded in one day while NW had a month.
