No matter how many flames this gets, its still very fun to play. I just got into it this past month and realllly need someone else to play besides my brother.

Haha omg. I used to play that shit all the time in elementary (yes, ELEMENTARY) and Junior High. The weird thing is EVERYbody played it at my schools. The sports team kids, the art kids, the music kids, it was honestly everybody. Nobody got made fun of for playing it because it was so common and everybody had a deck. Kind of suprising for a Junior High school, I mean, SO many kids would meet at lunch to play it was fucking awesome, popular kids or the not so popular kids, it didn't matter.

I have WAY too many cards though. Haha. I haven't played in YEAAAARS. It died out so hard after Junior High.

I remember my brother used to play this shit sooo much when he was in middle school, but that was forever ago. I never understand how to play games like this, they confuse me.

I tried it once, 'cause my friend was obsessed with it... But I was never into that kind of stuff. Like, I never did the whole Pokemon phase thing. I just didn't get the point of collecting cards and whatnot. Then again, I guess there's more to just collecting cards with this.

I collected cards for the sake of cool pictures back in middle school, but this is just fun to play. Its like chess on crack.

Yeah so we all play this now. Biggest house craze since we all started watching NBA (and consequently supporting the Denver Nuggets). A mate brought a booster box over tonight and we had our own little draft tournament.

Go out buy a couple of booster card packs, pass them around the table till everyone has a 40 card deck

My boyfriend loves Magic. I'm not sure if he would publicly admit it..but he has a bunch of cards, and he used to play online with his friends all the time too.
