I was the one who suggested to impact that the original may have been a fake, and I was REALLY happy when Tom told him it looked legit. I still hope that it's legit and this is just a misunderstanding. Sadly, there are assholes everywhere.

yeah that's why i posted this. also it's kind of unbelievable that a guy has two copies (the one impact/dan has is this seller's "friend's" copy) of this incredibly rare tape that pops up on ebay once in a blue moon.

Two copies, BOTH without a booklet, bought at the same time from the band who used two different tapes? The reason I told impact about my suspicious is that after he contacted the seller to ask if he could buy it and was told yes, I also contacted the seller to buy it and was told yes. Shady.
