So, I downloaded You Must Be Willing from the covers file that someone uploaded. And I must say that I love it, but I have no idea what record it is from, and if it isn't Against Me! who is doing the cover?

edit: I looked in the audio section and I saw that it was a B-Side... but a B-side to what

I must know, this song is so awesome!

Am I the only one who thinks "You Must Be Willing" has a weird Oasis vibe?

I love the song, but it really isn't an Against Me! track....well, the chorus isn't. That's not a bad thing, mind you. I actually wish all the B-sides were on the album. They're all the tits.

I think you mean they are all radical and/or tubular.

to me its a song about confidence
the begining sounds like tom's talking about playing a great show with a great band he loves.
i think the second verse is about not letting yourself get too caught up in your doubts about yourself.
the chorus is about listening closely to heart. its self explanitory to me.

I think they're are 2 versions cause the iTunes version sounds ridiculously edited and I have half of another version with an underlying phsychadelic bubbly noise and toms voice sounds more intense? Anyone else heard it??

I think it's part of the version we have in the audio downloads.there's just a subtle phaser throughout the whole song. The iTunes version is just more produced

That version to me sounds like the guitar is out of tune. I dunno just me. I'm thinking the one in the audio section is recorded from the thrash unreal vinyl.

Honestly, I love the raw and angry Against Me! (Vivida Vis, Reinventing Axl Rose...), but this song is so fucking amazing! I just discovered New Wave B-Side. Full Sesh is pretty good too. Shame, that they're never playing that songs live.
