Want to get a tattoo

Ok so I really want to get my avatar as a tattoo but it's ridiculously small. I think Aaron posted a bigger one on here a while ago, in fact I think I requested it that time too but I wasn't really serious about it, but it's gone now. Can anybody stretch this thing to a decent size for an arm tattoo without losing quality? I have no idea how to use photoshop.
