Well folks, maybe if Lex is bowing out we should regroup and find away to purchase that old domain or create a new forum or get the admin info for this forum from Lex? I know such drastic conversations aren't fun, but we have to make sure our community doesn't die.

You know, I'd totally be down to offer up some coin if you guys are serious about this.

We may not have had a lot of activity recently, but this place a few loyals that still cling. Community is important, and even if I don't post as often as I used to, I still enjoy reading everything that everybody posts.

I think the remaining few of us on here are capable of working something out if it were to come down to leaving and starting up a new forum.

Also, I have no idea how to contact Lex. Lauren was pretty tight with her, I wonder if she still lurks. Someone here must have Lex's number or something. I'm waaay too far north for all of those meet ups and what not.

Sorrrrry. I'm trying to figure out how to get the old domain back right now, not as easy as I thought it would be. Usually it would just let me renew...but I guess too much time has elapsed. I'll figure something out, sit tight.

It's frustrating because I can't get the domain name from GoDaddy because it's 'taken' ....I think it's taken by me, but I just can't figure out how to activate it. I posted on the help boards so hopefully someone there knows. Or maybe someone here is savvy about this kind of stuff, let me know.

I'm tempted just to buy the .net domain and be done with it. Although that doesn't solve the problem of people trying to access to againstmeforum.com and thinking it's gone. Hmm
