Yeah, I think I changed it haha. It sucks when I edit things because I do it on a Mac and usually when I log onto a Windows computer it looks completely different ..but this looks good to me.

Yeah, I'm on linux at the moment so it'll look different when I load it up on my Windows PC when I finally bring it back from uni, but usually everything looks better on that than it does for this since everything's designed for Windows, so I can pretty much guarantee it'll be fine.

Yea, that all pretty much went over my head hahah. It really baffles me how I run a website and know pretty limited HTML/CSS.

The old font was grand at my work pc but the resolution here at home had me squinting.

I'm loving the new Verdana.

And for what it's worth there's nothing that grates more than waiting for a page to load. I think the general layout of the forum is fine in principle as is.

Haha, I understand, I screamed that at linux users for years. I installed it on this old family PC to use at home since XP barely runs on it cuz the hard drive is fucked, and this version of linux (ubuntu 6.10) is much more lightweight than XP and uses less of... everything, so it runs pretty quick.

On my own PC I use Windows like everyone else though, linux is massively overrated. It takes way too much knowledge of PCs to use it properly, which I don't have, I like interfaces that I can click on rather than having to type bullshit into the terminal all the time to make things work like I can so so so easily on Windows.
